Service Description
Keeping active and fit during and post pregnancy is very important for a number of reasons; keeping you healthy, your growing baby, your mind, and keeping you socialising and connecting with other mums to be and new mums. It will have a great and positive impact on your health and mental wellbeing. We can all feel tired and drained while we help our new babies grow, being prepared to be born, then continuing to look after them, as well as yourself. So it is very important we take a small amount of our time to look after us, and our families. Happy mum, happy tum...
